I am attempting to make my own microbubbles for use in a gene therapy PhD project. The problem is, that they all come out different sizes. I have tried using a 5 micron Minisart syringe filter, but all the foam (bubbles) just accumulate in the filter and only a clear liquid comes out the bottom. I would appreciate any advice! staylor@icr.ac.uk
